Love The Sniper
Today Nick J. Townsend announces a new track available to preview on the WEAK13 Myspace page.
A new WEAK13 track has been recorded titled ‘LOVE THE SNIPER’. The track is dedicated to the memory of Kev Preece who passed away on 27/06/2007 aged 32. The track is not yet available for release but plans are being made for the future. Nick J.Townsend wants to make sure that any money made from the recording will go to the children of Kev Prece.

Once again the trademark over distorted guitars are back along with purpose made harsh noise is part of the recording sessions with producer and engineer ‘Crazy Mule’ and is Nick J.Townsend’s homage to underground basement sound music.
Both Nick and Crazy Mule wanted to make a basement sounding but powerful WEAK13 track. Everything recorded in one take and all music is played and written by Nick J.Townsend.
The recently recorded track titled ‘PROUDER THAN U 2′ should be part of the WEAK13 album scheduled for 11.11.11. and can be heard now.
Wesley Smith – WEAK13 bass player 2009-present
Wesley Smith joined WEAK13 in 2009. A formidable bass player who has been aware of WEAK13 since 2002 after supporting the band in an earlier music project. Wesley is an excelent songwriter and an incredible bass player. He made his first appeareance in WEAK13 in the “You Don’t Love Me” music video.
