Nick Townsend is due to release an epic acoustic track entitled ‘LunaTic’ on iTunes in January 2010 from Red Monster Records.
The video was released on YouTube only hours ago as a Christmas gift to all WEAK13 fans and has been pieced together on ZERO budget while being shot in a single day and directed by Martyn Kilvert.
Nick commented on his methods of music videos:
Just trying my best to make video and music work as best together as possible, been trying to make more story based simple ideas for videos these days, i think if you have a theme to work with it’ll work better!

Love The Sniper
Today Nick J. Townsend announces a new track available to preview on the WEAK13 Myspace page.
A new WEAK13 track has been recorded titled ‘LOVE THE SNIPER’. The track is dedicated to the memory of Kev Preece who passed away on 27/06/2007 aged 32. The track is not yet available for release but plans are being made for the future. Nick J.Townsend wants to make sure that any money made from the recording will go to the children of Kev Prece.

The sequel to the 2001 WEAK13 track ‘PROUDER THAN U’ is now on Myspace.

Once again the trademark over distorted guitars are back along with purpose made harsh noise is part of the recording sessions with producer and engineer ‘Crazy Mule’ and is Nick J.Townsend’s homage to underground basement sound music.
Both Nick and Crazy Mule wanted to make a basement sounding but powerful WEAK13 track. Everything recorded in one take and all music is played and written by Nick J.Townsend.
The recently recorded track titled ‘PROUDER THAN U 2′ should be part of the new WEAK13 album scheduled for 09.09.09. and can be heard on the WEAK13 Myspace pages.
